Due to the age of each product, slight imperfections are to be expected! 

I've placed my order, now what?

As a two women team we can take from 5-7 days to pack your order. Once your order is packed and label is printed please allow 1-2 days to be shipped. Once your order is shipped please follow your tracking number through to delivery. 

All EJV packages are insured with the carrier you have chosen. If your package goes missing or you receive your item broken it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Please reach out to us with any questions! 

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We do! You can check our directly through the site for the best shipping rate. As always, contact us with any questions. 

What should I do if my item arrives broken?

We make sure to insure all of our packages, so you can file an insurance claim with the carrier on their website. You’ll need to hold onto the item, the packaging materials, and its packaging. Make sure to keep a copy of your invoice on hand, too, which you can find in your order confirmation email.

Packaging

We expertly pack all breakables with 1-3" of bubble wrap to ensure they are delivered as safe as possible from our end. We encourage you to pass along this packing material to local businesses to extend their lifespan. In order to offset this use of plastic we use recycled boxes, Newspaper, and other packing material collected from friends and family and local businesses on a regular basis. The outside of your package may not be the prettiest but it's what's inside that counts, right? 

Taxes and Duties 

Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% tax on total amount of purchase.

Non-US Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax.Ella Jane Vintage is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.

What if I Want to Return My Piece?

Due to the nature of our unique and highly breakable pieces, Ella Jane Vintage items are final sale. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us directly at hello@ellajanevintage.com or direct message us on Instagram @ellajanevintage. If you have any questions about the product you want to order please contact us prior to purchasing so we can help you with your order!
